PCG BRAIN
The stakeholder intelligence platform – a single, unified view of every stakeholder relationship across your organisation.

Every organisation has the same problem. Stakeholder intelligence is scattered across inboxes, CRM records, meeting notes, annual reports, social feeds, and the memories of individual relationship managers who may or may not still work for you. Critical signals are missed. Relationships are managed episodically rather than continuously. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing – and nobody knows what either hand did last quarter.
PCG BRAIN exists to solve this.
What it does
BRAIN is a stakeholder intelligence platform that synthesises information from across the Positive Change Group's three operating companies – Black Sun, People Made, and Stratton Craig – into a single, unified view of every stakeholder relationship.
Think of it as an institutional memory that never forgets, never retires, and never fails to connect the dots.
Real-time sentiment analysis. BRAIN monitors stakeholder communications, media mentions, social activity, and engagement patterns to provide a continuously updated picture of how each stakeholder feels about your organisation. Not a quarterly survey snapshot. A living, breathing readout.
Relationship mapping. Who knows whom? Which stakeholders are connected? Where are the influence networks that shape decisions? BRAIN maps these relationships automatically, surfacing connections that manual analysis would miss entirely.
Predictive behaviour modelling. Based on historical patterns and current signals, BRAIN anticipates stakeholder behaviour before it manifests. Which investors are likely to reduce their position? Which employees are at risk of leaving? Which clients are showing early signs of dissatisfaction? Early warning is the difference between proactive management and crisis response.
Crisis anticipation. BRAIN identifies converging signals that suggest an emerging issue – a pattern of negative sentiment, unusual media activity, shifting stakeholder behaviour – and alerts the team before the crisis breaks. Prevention is cheaper than cure, and early intervention is cheaper than both.
Competitive intelligence. BRAIN tracks how competitors engage with shared stakeholders, monitors their public positioning, and identifies shifts in the competitive landscape that might affect your relationships.
Why it matters
Stakeholder engagement has traditionally been an art practised by experienced individuals who carry relationships in their heads. That model works – until it doesn't. People leave. Memories fade. Context is lost. And the organisation discovers, too late, that its most important relationships were maintained by institutional memory that walked out the door.
BRAIN does not replace the art of stakeholder engagement. It provides the science that makes the art more effective. The experienced relationship manager still makes the call, reads the room, exercises the judgment. But they do it armed with a comprehensive, continuously updated, AI-synthesised view of every relevant signal – rather than relying on memory and instinct alone.
In an era where stakeholder expectations are rising, attention spans are shrinking, and the cost of getting it wrong is higher than ever, the organisations that manage stakeholder relationships with intelligence rather than intuition will outperform those that do not.
That is the thesis behind BRAIN. That is why we are building it.
